Regularly backing up your hard drive's content is essential at both the professional and private levels.

With ODIN you can generate an image corresponding to your hard disk or all the partitions it has, saving it and compressing it in a single file in BZip2 or GZip format. To restore the backup, simply select the previously created file.

The image, either only from the used space or from the entire hard disk, is always saved in the same directory, which is associated with the program's installation folder. This default path cannot be changed within the program settings, although you can change the MB limit for the purpose of burning the backup to a DVD or CD.
